I had such an amazing time in the Presidential Suite with its unique, charming design and high ceilings! The peaceful garden filled with iguanas and butterflies. We also enjoyed the inviting pool area, which was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

To be fair, we arrived very tired after a long drive and were shocked at the room—it felt more like a concrete garage. With only a flimsy curtain separating the toilet from the bedroom and a chilly atmosphere, it lacked the cozy feel one hopes for, making it tough to settle in comfortably.

However, it did feel a bit tired and lacked some amenities that would have made it more comfortable. A nice relaxing vibe, but the overall upkeep could use some love. It’s a unique stay, but not super luxurious.

It was just a balanced option for a brief stop-in near Izamal with excellent value for money. The spacious rooms added a nice touch of comfort, even though extras were missing. Try to negotiate for a better price if you can.

Hacienda Sacnicte is a charming place with a beautiful and peaceful garden area filled with iguanas and butterflies. The Master Suite had a stylish cathedral high ceiling and a lovely giant bathroom. Enjoyed a relaxing vibe by the pool area, which was tastefully renovated while preserving the original hacienda charm.

The mattresses were a teeny bit softer than we like.

However, the breakfast could use some improvement in taste and variety to match the overall lovely vibe of the property.
